The year that is coming, offer us the opportunity to reiterate of wishes of the Haitian people in general and operators in the tourism sector in particular. This is also an opportunity to see how we can contribute to further boost the tourism sector in Haiti, which is thriving these days. Significant progress has been made during this year. Over twenty tourist sites have been developed or are under development ; cooperation agreements were signed with countries such as Mexico, Ecuador and organizations such as the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) and Pan American Confederation of Schools of Hotel and Tourism {CONPEHT America), that will provide us a technical assistance through our various projects. We have equipped the Hotel School of Port-au-Prince with a new Curriculum of Training and participated in many international fairs and meetings. There is no shadow of a doubt that the Haitian tourism market progress towards great progress. Tourism remains one of our greatest assets as it today constitutes an important lever, see essential, to build a sustainable economy. The repositioning of our country, as a real tourist destination, after 30 years of absence from the World Tourism map is now imminent. The Canadian Tour Operator "Transat" will launch in January, of vacation packages to Haiti. Let's make 2013 the year where we will experience success, not only in tourism but in all areas ! Work jointly for the prosperity and stability in Haiti. These are the wishes that I formulate for my country at the end of this year. Merry Christmas 2012 and Happy New Year 2013!
