Elected a first time in 2010, Jean-Louis wit a good balance sheet, its experience and its eclecticism was represented in order to get a second term in this joint body of the Government of Quebec, which is interested to the development and vitality of Francophones and Francophiles of the Americas and which supports the reconciliation of individuals, groups and communities interested by the Francophonie. In the next three years, Mr. Jean-Louis wants to ensure that he Centre de la Francophonie of the Americas (CFA) can respond to the request of the French across the continent and promote solidarity within this linguistic area. Max Jean-Louis wants to thank all those who voted for him and a special thought for his country Haiti which the reconstruction suffers, hoping more than all the agreement between all the forces of the nation to put Haiti on the tracks of progress once and for all Haiti. He stressed that the Haitians will succeed together or the country will disappear with everyone.
