Haiti - Energy : Commissioning of a 20 MVA transformer at the substation Toussaint Brave
The General Directorate of Electricity of Haiti (EDH) wishes to inform the general public and its customers in particular that as part of the rehabilitation work undertaken last year, the sub-station Toussaint Brave will be off Thursday, February 14, 2013, from 9 AM to 2 PM.

Consequently, the EDH took the opportunity to announce to the residents of Avenue Christophe, Pacot, Debussy, Turgeau, Champs de Mars, Street Monseigneur Guilloux, Street Légitime, Street of the Réunio, Avenue Charles Summer, just to name a few, will be without electricity during the commissioning of the 20 MVA transformer at this substation.

These cuts are planned as part of the Action Plan 2012-2013 of the EDH which aims to increase the capacity of power plants, of substations and circuits of the metropolitan area to provide a supply of quality, quantity and stability to its population, since it will increase the capacity of Toussaint Brave from 20 MVA to 30 MVA.
