Friday, the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MCI) launched the first edition of the National Contest of Innovative Young Entrepreneurs. It's because the youth is capable of the most extraordinary innovations and it needs support, that the Haitian government is committed in the Promotion and Supervision of Innovative Entrepreneurship.

The objective of this contest is to identify the promising projects from young researchers or developers of innovative enterprises (between 18 and 35 years). Financial support and technical support adapted, will be provided to these project holders in the following categories : construction, tourism, energy, agro-industry, environment, education, culture and technology, other.

Young entrepreneurs aged between 18 and 35 years living in Haiti or abroad can register on the official site of the National Contest of Innovative Young Entrepreneurs : www.mci.gouv.ht/jei/ . Click on "Je m’inscris" and complete the first form. All the process of participation and monitoring is done through Internet.
