Tuesday, March 19, students in plumbing, electrical, masonry of the section Certificate of Professional Aptitude (CAP), Group of morning, of the workshop vocational school of Petit-Goâve, which falls under the National Institute for Vocational Training (INFP), a Decentralized Directorate of the Ministry of National Education, have proceeded at the close of their workshop in protest, thus following the protest movement initiated by the Group of the afternoon (section Professional Aptitude Brevet (BAP)), whose workshop is closed since March 6, 2013.

The student of the Group of morning, protesting against the malfunction of the Centre, which according to them, is unable to respond to their training and against the Director Mondesir, whose they demand the departure for irresponsibility and incompetence. "We would like to be true professionals able to serve the country tomorrow. We protest against the poor training, transmitted to us within the workshop [...] since 3 weeks we do not have any practical course, because of the lack of materials or material, while the NGO HELP had granted the necessary funds for the purchase of essential equipment and supplies," have indicated the angry students, which requires that the Centre is functioning normally and provide quality training to young people. Determined to go through their claims, the students want :

- The school is equipped of working materials ;

- Meet with representatives of the INFP and NGO HELP to inform them of the situation ;

- Obtain the resignation of the current Direct ;

- Have a student card ;

- That the monthly fee and annual fee, asked to them, are removed ;

- That the INFP ensures regular supervision.

"The workshop will remain closed until the problems are resolved definitively," stated the students of Group of morning.
