As part of the agreement of technical support signed, by the White Helmets Commission and the Technical Secretariat of UNASUR in Haiti, in October 2012, Argentina will begin next week, the second phase of support, to the Haiti's National School Feeding Program (Programme Nationale de Cantines Scolaires - PNCS), which provides in Haiti, meals to more than two million children of school age.

According to the Argentine Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a team of volunteer experts, specialists in quality control of food products, will travel to Port-au-Prince, to train about 20 technicians and agents Haitians of laboratory of PNCS.
