The Electricity of Haiti (EDH) informed us that it will put in operation this Saturday, April 6, a 3rd transformer of 25 MVA at the sub-station of Canapé-Vert.

"This work falls within the framework of the improvement of the quality, quantity and stability of electricity for teh customers of Bois Verna, Canapé-Vert, Juvenat, Jalousie, Downtown of Pétion-Ville, Nérette, Marlique, Péguy-Ville, Meyotte, Road of Frères, Belvil, Vivy Mitchell, Pèlerin, Laboule, Thomassin and Kenscoff.

However, to do so, the residents of these areas will be without power in the morning of Saturday, April 6, 2013, between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm," specify the Directorate General of the EDH which relies on the patience and cooperation of the Haitian population in the common efforts towards the modernization of the energy system in Haiti.
