Haiti - Justice : Case Jean Dominique, J-B Aristide convened by Justice
Judge Ivickel Dabrésil of the Court of Appeal of Port-au-Prince, in charge of the instruction of the investigation in the murder of journalist Jean Leopold Dominique, director of Radio Haïti Inter and of security guard of the stationJean-Claude Louissaint, on April 3, 2000, formally invited, as a witness, the former President Jean-Bertrand Aristide, to be present to the cabinet of instruction, Wednesday, April 24, for questioning in this case. The invitation was delivered to the residence of Tabarre, of the former president.
Recall that in that same case, the former President Préval also went to court, on March 7, in order to answer to the questions of investigating judge Dabrésil and attempt to contribute to an investigation, which continues for more than 13 years...
