Haiti - Justice : Joseph Lambert described as laughable the complaint against him
Former Senator Joseph Lambert, the Special Political Adviser to the President described as laughable the complaint filed against him at the Court of First Instance of Port-au-Prince, by the Deputies Saurel Jacinthe and Levaillant Louis Jeune who claim to have received death threats from their former colleague "We decided to file a complaint against Joseph Lambert, because we take seriously his threats of death [...]"

Me Lucmane Delille, the Government Commissioner, confirmed the reception of the complaint Tuesday "In my capacity as Chief of Parquet, I received a complaint Tuesday from the deputies Louis Jeune Levaillant and Sorel Jacinthe against the Sieur Joseph Lambert. I will become acquainted before giving the suites of law," without further comment...

Joseph Lambert is ready to answer the charges of his former colleagues of "Espwa" and "INITE", challenging them to prove that he planned their murders "[...] I am not a crook. The criminal is Saurel Jacinthe [...] This is why he thinks that someone can kill him. Any criminal developing this reflex," declared former Senator Lambert, who requires of his accusers, that they resign from their impunity prior to face to justice as ordinary citizens.
