Haiti - Culture : Winners of the Poetry Contest «Dis-Moi Dix Mots»
On the occasion of the month of Poetry and the Francophonie, the Cultural Service of the Consulate General of France in Miami and the Cultural Section of the Consulate General of Haiti in Miami, in partnership with the French Heritage Language Program and the Little Haiti Cultural Center and Haitian Cultural Arts Alliance have organized a poetry contest "Dis Moi Dix Mots" (Tell Me Ten Words).

This contest represents the first francophone cultural celebration between the cultural sections of Consulates of Haiti and France in Miami and also represents the first partnership between the private and public sectors in educational level. The Consulate General of the Republic of Haiti in Miami joined the Consulate General of France in Miami to thank all those who made this project possible, namely the participants and their teachers, members of the local jury : Ms. Michelle-Jessica Fièvre, Ms. Maryse Elisée and Ms. Jeanne Proust, as well as sponsors : Air France, Azure collège, Moca Café and Cola Couronne.

Several personalities of the Haitian community and from elsewhere, took part in the Awards ceremony to the winners, which took place recently at Little Haiti Cultural Center.

The winners of the contest by level are :
