Haiti - Politic : A third political force in the Lower House

Tuesday, Jean Tolbert Alexis, President of the Lower House, indicated hat a new political block was formed : "Parliamentarians for political balance" (PEP), which bring together twenty deputies.
Rumors suggest that this group would be composed of deputies dissidents of presidential majority bloc "Parliamentarians for stability and progress" (PSP), what hastened to deny the Deputy Jacques Timoléon of PSP, who said that it is in part of 11 or 12 deputies of excluded from PSP for not follow the guidelines of the Bloc and that in no case the majority of the PSP in the Lower House was questioned, since the PSP to date boasts 54 members,
With this newcomer, the lower house now includes 3 blocks, PSP (54 deputies) the Bloc of the opposition "Member for institutional renewal" (PRI), composed of twenty deputies and the PEP.
