José Luiz Machado e Costa, Ambassador of Brazil accredited in Haiti and Sophie De Caen, the Senior Director of the United Nations Development Programme, will sign this Thursday, April 9 in the afternoon, in the UNDP office in Musseau, an agreement amounting one million dollars intended to contribute to the financing of the electoral process in Haiti.
