Haiti - NOTICE : New guidelines for a first passport

The Ministry of Interior and Territorial Communities (MICT) advises in particular Applicants wishing to apply for obtaining their first passport and the public in general, that the administrative provisions relating to the presentation of a Respondent or Witness when filing documents to the Directorate of Immigration and Emigration or in one of its regional offices are reported.
