Tuesday, at the initiative of the organization "Eco Eau et Jeunesse" (Eco Water and Youth), accompanied by the Office of the Minister Delegate for Human Rights and the fight against extreme poverty and the Economic and Social Assistance Fund (FAES), 76 organizations organized a social dialogue with more than 5,000 mothers, on the sports field of Jean-Marie Robert Duval, to Sartre. This event on the occasion of Mother's Day allowed also to celebrate the International Day of Action for Women's Health.

Recall that for almost a year, the Office of the Minister Delegate encouraged community dialogue with more than sixty organizations of Cité Soleil in order to bring their members to organize themselves socially and especially to take responsibility in relation to their participation in the development of their neighborhoods and improve their socio-economic situation.

For the circumstance, 2,500 baskets of solidarity and 4,000 hot meals were distributed and the organization "Eco Eau et Jeunesse" intends to facilitate the further distribution of the basket of Solidarity in the course of the week. The Office of the Minister offered to twenty mothers after a draw, of household equipment received from the Venezuelan cooperation. In addition, an awareness session on growing Moringa (Benzolive) was performed by Dr. Jean Louis Franco from the organization Mode de Vie International (Lifestyle International).

The Office of the Minister Delegate thanked especially for their presence the acting Minister of Culture, and the Ministry of Women and women's rights without forgetting to thank on behalf of the Organizing Committee, Jean Robert François Duval who put the sports field at the disposal of 76 organizations for the organization of this event.
