Haiti - Politic : «The Minustah will leave the country May 28, 2014» dixit Moïse Jean-Charles

Friday was held at the Plaza Hotel an international conference against the occupation of Haiti. In this event that continues this Saturday, attended by representatives of civil society, trade unions [French Workers Party, Autonomous Confederation of Haitian Workers, Single Confederation of Workers of Brazil...] and national and international elected around the theme "Let us unite for the departure of the UN Mission for Stabilization in Haiti".

In his intervention, Senator Moïse Jean-Charles, leader of this movement of mobilization, in in reference to the resolution adopted by the Senate on May 28 2013 [following a proposal of Senator], which states in its Article 2 the gradual withdrawal of UN troops in a period not exceeding one year, stated that this resolution will be sent in several parliaments in the world, especially in countries participating in the Stabilization Mission in Haiti, so that they oppose to the sending of other troops in the country. Concluding with force "No government, no foreign power, can prevent the resolution to achieve its goal [...] May 14, 2014, get ready to celebrate the departure of the Minustah, because it will leaves the country May 28, 2014..."
