From June 3 to 8, will be held the first week of «Troc-Livres» (exchange of books) initiative launched by the French Institute in Haiti (IFH) and implemented with the Association of Teachers of French in Haiti (APROFH), Actions for Reading (APOLECT), the Cultural Center Anne-Marie Morisset, Libraries Without Borders, Café Philo of Port-au-Prince and the Knowledge and Freedom Foundation (FOKAL).

The principle of "Troc-Livres" consists to exchange books : the readers can come drop in the "Boîtes aux livres" (boxes books), the books that belong to them and take in exchange one or more books. The books are "exchanged" (troqués) with a ticket system.

The "Boîtes aux livres" (transportable), are intended to move in the capital and the rest of the country.

For this first week, the "Boîtes aux livres" will be :

Monday, June 3: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at the IFH (99 Lamartinière street Bois Verna Port-au-Prince)

Tuesday, June 4: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the IFH

Tuesday, June 4: from 6:00 pm at Café Philo (Popeye's)

Wednesday, June 5: 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the FOKAL (143 avenue Christophe, Port-au- Prince)

Thursday, June 6: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at Park Martissant - Library Tap Tap (BSF)

Friday, June 7: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at St. Peter's Square - Library Tap Tap (BSF)

Friday, June 7: 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Cultural Center Anne-Marie Morisset

Saturday, June 8: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm in the presbytery parking, Canapé Vert (BTT)
