In order to begin the work of pulling wires for the connection of a 50 MVA transformer at the substation of Ancien Delmas, the Directorate General of Electricity of Haiti (EDH) informs its customers in particular and residents of the municipality of Delmas, Airport Road (section Sogebank and Clercine), Nazon, Christ-Roi, Bel Air, Lalue, Silot and Fragneau Ville to mention only the latter in particular, that they will be without power Thursday, June 13, 2013 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

This cut is scheduled to address the situation that these communities are currently living mainly the municipality of Delmas, following the damage to a 21 MVA transformer last April in this substation, forcing EDH to reduce the supply schedule, before of 16h per day to an average of 8 hours per day on average.
