Wednesday, Prime Minister, Laurent Lamothe, accompanied among other of Senators Wencesclass Lambert and Edo Zenny, of Stéphanie Balmir Villedrouin, Minister of Tourism, Philippe Cineas, Secretary of State for Public Works and Transport and Klauss Heberwein, Director General of the Economic and Social Assistance Fund (FAES), visited initially, the facilities of the Departmental Emergency Operations Center (COUD), in order to ensure that all measures are taken to deal with climate risk season, which began June 1.

Thereafter, the Head of Government went to Raymond-les-bains to oversee the redevelopment of the beach to improve the quality of the reception and on the site where a bridge must be built on river between Marigot and Pérédeau two towns completely isolated during the rainy season. Other places were visited, including Jacmel airport whose reconstruction is already under consideration.
