Haiti - Reconstruction : President Martelly inaugurated two new Public Buildings
On Tuesday, the President Michel Martelly, went to Thomassique and Cerca-la-Source (Central Department), where he proceeded to the inauguration of two new public buildings.

In Thomassique, the Head of State inaugurated the local branch of the Directorate General of Taxes (DGI). This modern building was funded to the tune of $6million gourdes by the Treasury. Attended the ceremony, among others, eorges Garnier, Departmental Delegate, Jean-Baptiste Clark Neptune, Director General of the DGI, Marino Etienne, Mayor and Deputy Rony Célestin.

Thereafter, the President Martelly went to Cerca-la-Source, where he proceeded to the inauguration of the new building of the City Hall of this municipality, accompanied by the Charge d'Affaires of Germany, Mr. Oliver Junger.



This building, built at a cost of 14 million gourdes, was equally funded by the Treasury and the German Development Bank.
