To ensure the sustainability of the project 16/6 [Project 16 neighborhoods 6 camps], of Management Committees, composed of people living in communities that have demonstrated leadership and integrity have been established in each of the eight neighborhoods targeted by this project.

The mission of these Committees is to facilitate community access to basic services and to work with members of different community platforms, in order to make the activities of water management, solid waste and electricity, more efficient and sustainable in neighborhoods.

To prepare them to effectively manage the investments made, a training program was designed on : strengthening management capabilities, social and economic diagnosis of the community, the ethics and all the aspects that will make of members of these Committees, of responsible and accomplished leaders.

The training began since June 5 and will continue until July 31, 2013
