"While I just handed my credentials to the President of the Republic, I want to tell you the honor and joy that I have to represent France in Haiti. France and Haiti are united by strong historical, cultural and human ties. I wish, as Ambassador of France in Haiti, deepen this relationship, make it live throughout the country, closer of the Haitians.
