Haiti - Security : Lucmane Delille, Interpol and the FBI united in a common struggle
During his trip to the United States, last week, Me Lucmane Delille, the Government Commissioner, met with Interpol and FBI agents, to join forces to combat the phenomenon of crime in Haiti and reported on Tuesday, in a press conference that he had agreed with the U.S. authorities to apprehend the Haitian criminals who found refuge outside the country.

"People who think they can flee the country after ransom honest citizens are mistaken, we will catch up with [...] In addition, American criminals on the run in Haiti, will also be arrested, extradited and handed over to U.S. authorities," affirming that these criminals "must do no sleep in peace or have fun [...] they must be wandering all over the Earth."
