American citizen services The American Citizen Services unit will be closed for routine services. All previously scheduled appointments for July 11 will be rescheduled for another date. Again, American citizens in need of emergency assistance should call 2229-8000 and ask to be connected to the duty officer. Nonimmigrant visa services All nonimmigrant visa appointments scheduled for July 11 are rescheduled as follows. Applicants should arrive at the consulate at the time of their original interview on the new date specified. July 11: Appointments rescheduled for Wednesday, July 17. If your situation is urgent and you cannot come to the consulate on the new date, please email papniv@state.gov and specify the emergency nature of the situation. Immigrant visa services All immigrant visa appointments scheduled for July 11 are rescheduled as follows. Applicants should arrive at the consulate at the time of their original interview on the new date specified. July 11: Appointments rescheduled for Wednesday, July 17. If you have any questions you may call CIVA at 3859-9564 or email papcons@state.gov Appointments for all other consular services scheduled for July 11, 2013 will be rescheduled on a to-be-determined date.
