Wednesday in the Council of Ministers, 10 Preliminary draft laws and Draft orders have been approved on, inter alia Education, Health, Trade and the Environment :

List of Preliminary draft laws :

1. Preliminary Draft law organizing the National Agency for Higher Education and Scientific Research ;

2. Preliminary Draft law establishing the mandatory social service for university students benefiting from public funding ;

3. Preliminary Draft law defining the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Public Health and Population ;

4. Preliminary Draft law on the Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) ;

5. Preliminary draft Law on Social Services and the Residence of professionals and technicians of Health ;

6. Preliminary draft law regulating the production, distribution, conditions of import and export, storage and consumption of drugs ;

7. Preliminary draft law on the establishment and organization of the Association of Haitian Physicians ;

8. Preliminary draft law on the establishment and organization of the National Order of Nurses ;

9. Preliminary draft law governing the exercise of Health Professions ;

10. Preliminary draft law on food fortification with micronutrients ;

List of Draft orders :

1. Draft Order on social enterprises ;

2. Draft order prohibiting the exploitation of Mangroves ;

3. Draft Order on the security paper to use at the National Archives ;

4. Draft order of declaration of public utility the Route de Noailles ;

5. Draft Order banning the production and importation, marketing and use of polythene bags [replacing the decree of August 9, 2012].

These documents will be submitted to the Legislative Power according to the requirements of the Constitution for ratification.
