On Tuesday, Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe made ​​a brief visit in Saut d'eau to inquire about the progress of projects implemented by the Government in this town.

The Head of Government took advantage of his visit in this constituency, for the inauguration in conjunction with Charles Jean-Jacques, the Minister of Social Affairs and Labour, a community restaurant able to provide more than 500 hot meals a day to the most vulnerable of this zone "This community restaurant is the 25th of a series of 90 that my government is committed to build in the different departments of the country to combat extreme poverty," said the Prime Minister.

Moreover, Laurent Lamothe, who attended the celebration of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, has reiterated its commitment to work with the Head of State and Parliament, to provide the country with a set of laws on the Protection of environment. He also announced a number of major projects in order to protect the tourist site and of pilgrimage of Saut d'eau.
