Haiti - Education : Monitoring of the Quality of Education in Public Schools

As part of the initiatives of the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFP) to improve the quality of education in public schools, it was decided to create a National Commission of Pedagogical Observation and Monitoring (CONOPS) and a Commission of pedagogical support in each Departmental Directorate of Education.
These committees, composed of high-level professionals are called, among other things, to observe the respect of the implementation of curriculum and of pedagogical instructions of the Ministry and to give advisory opinions of mediation of the main problems encountered on the ground.
