Haiti - Politic : 8 preliminary draft legislation and draft decrees adopted by the Council of Ministers 22/09/2013 09:46:07
1. Preliminary draft Law on Recognition and Validation of the Work Experience. The validation of professional experience facilitates mobility inter-and intra-enterprise, encourages access or return to the labor market, supports the training, development, retraining and job mobility for the improvement of business competitiveness. 2. Preliminary draft framework law concerning the Organization of Professions and Trades. This preliminary draft legislation and regulations that are derived constitute the law governing the order of professions and the College of Trades. 3. Proposed Decree amending the allocation of funds 2012-2013 by transfers. 4. Draft decree authorizing the establishment of the cadastre in some municipalities of the departments of the South, the North and Northeast. This draft order aims to authorize the National Office of Cadastre to establish the cadastre of the following municipalities : Chantal, Maniche and Camp Perrin in the Southern Department, Grande Rivière du Nord, Bahon and Ranquite in the North department, Vallières and Sainte Suzanne in the department of North-East.  5. Draft Decree declaring of public utility a portion of land to build public buildings to accommodate the various public services of the City of Petit Goâve. This project of Decree declares of Public Utility in the town of Petit-Goâve, a portion of land measuring 706.96 m2 for construction of public buildings to accommodate the various public services of the City of Petit Goâve. This piece of land is bounded: on the north by the Haitian government and Mamane Milord, to the south by Alfred Rodriguez, to the east by the heirs Codenord Pierre, to the west by the Louverture street. 6. Draft Decree concerning the publication of geographic code of local government and of administrative districts of the country. The present draft order aims to publish the geographic code of local government and administrative districts of the country as defined by the National Centre for Geo-Spatial Information in collaboration with the Haitian Institute of Statistics and Informatics and the Secretariat of the Interministerial Committee for Planning. This, in order to facilitate the identification of local authorities and administrative districts of the country and thus meet the requirements of the planning policy of territory of Government and of modern management of the state. 7. Draft order declaring of public utility certain land on which there are national schools and one lycée. The present draft decree declares of Public Utility land on which there are the following national schools and lycée : école Nationale Colbert Lochard ; école Nationale Isidore Boisrond ; National school Daguesseau Lespinasse ; National school Cœurs-Unis, lycée de Sibert ; école Nationale Damoclès Vieux ; National school de Nicaragua ; National school Guatemala and Uruguay and the National school Claire Heureuse. 8. Draft Resolution of the Council of Ministers - Support for school canteens - Support for the implementation of the Operational Plan 2010-2015 - Education Reform This draft resolution is intended to authorize the Government to make withdrawals up to $18.5 million on the Haiti Reconstruction Fund (HRF) https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-9443-haiti-reconstruction-the-haiti-reconstruction-fund-approves-$447mm.html to fund support for school canteens (West-Centre-South-Artibonite) and support the implementation of the 2010-2015 operational plan and the education reform in Haiti.
