Tuesday the launching ceremony of the second promotion of the vocational school Mikael Sylvestre, commonly known as the School of Hope was held at Multipurpose Training Centre of the Croix-des-Bouquets.

Following the participation of more than 700 candidates for various examinations organized in March, in order to recruit the students of the second promotion of the School of Hope, 200 youth were selected. They will integrate in two shifts, starting this month, the vocational courses offered by this school : auto mechanics, masonry, carpentry and computer.

Ms. Magalie, the Minister of Youth, Sports and Civic Action, reiterated its commitment to continue to take concrete actions aimed at the socio-economic integration of young people from vulnerable social groups, determined to actively participate in the reconstruction and development process of Haiti.
