"The Ministry of Communication informs the public in general, that in accordance with the presidential decree on Wednesday, March 7, 2012, the adoption of the time change according to the seasons is permanent.

Thus, the national time decrease by 60 minutes from 2:00 am on the first Sunday of the month of November, or November 3, 2013 more precisely, and advance 60 minutes every second Sunday of March, this until further notice.

The Ministry of Communication invites the public to adjust on these new provisions to have no setback in his daily activities."
