Haiti - Philippines : Deep sympathies of the Haitian Government
The President of the Republic, Michel Martelly, expresses its deepest sympathies to his counterpart of Philippines, Benigno Aquino III, as well as its people, following the passage of powerful cyclone "Haiyan" that devastated the Philippines, causing thousands of victims and many missing.

At a time when the Philippine authorities still count the victims of this major drama and take stock of damage recorded, the Head of State, on behalf of the Government and people of Haiti, honors the memory of the disappeared and reiterates its moral support to the Philippine population in this difficult context.
