Haiti - Reconstruction : Ambassador of Venezuela visited sites in Jacmel
Friday, as part of the ceremony of swearing in of jacmelien Committee of Bolivarian Movement, which was held in the old school of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Cluny, the Ambassador of Venezuela to Haiti, Pedro Antonio Canino Gonzalez accompanied by the authorities of the city of Jacmel and Ms. Dithny Joan Raton, the Departmental Director of Tourism South East, visited the works financed by the Petrocaribe program in the historical center of Jacmel : the Convention Center, the place Pétion-Bolivar and the Boulevard Pétion-Bolivar, before going to the tourist port of Jacmel, on the construction site of the amphitheater...

The writer Michelet Divers present at this event, narrated the friendship between Bolivar and Petion, who allowed that the Panamericanism become a reality and that freedom for all, to be established as a slogan on the Latin American continent. This freedom has become stumbling block of late President Hugo Chavez, pursued by the current President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro is what allows today a fruitful friendship between Haiti and Venezuela.



Dr. Michel Tozin, Representative of the Jacmelien Committee of Bolivarian Movement, in his speech, allowed youth Jacmelienne to better situate and understand the friendship between the two Nations "This occasion is a special moment to thank, on behalf of the Government Martelly-Lamothe, on behalf of the Haitian people, in the name of Jacmel, the President Maduro, for his solidarity with Haiti's problems and especially for his unconditional support to the well-being of our country by continuing the policy of the unforgettable and forever loved Hugo Chavez."
