Haiti - Security : Seizure of Weapons on National road #2

Thursday at 10:00 am, on National Road #2 at the height of Barette (locality of Petit-Goâve), a police operation conducted jointly by the Motorized Intervention Brigade (BIM) and the Minustah, led to the seizure of 10 weapons (five 9mm, two 380, two 22 caliber, one 38 and 302 bullets) which were hidden in a bag of coal on a truck making the trip Miragoâne / Port-au-Prince.
Chief Inspector Charles Francois, Head of Police Statiuon of Petit-Goâve indicated that 3 individuals from the Cap Haitian, were arrested during this operation they are : Dessous Wilmer, Dessous williamson and Lucky Milus, according to the information just made customs clearance of vehicles in Miragoâne.
