"Senator Jorge Pizarro Soto President of the National Assembly of Chile in its offices - Honourable President, The President of the Senate and of the National Assembly of the Republic of Haiti · presents his best regards on behalf of the Interparliamentary solidarity and of the universality of democracy. However, it is to the Superior Court of Auditors and Administrative Disputes that the Constitution assigns the task of monitoring the efficient and effective management of public resources and to distribute sound administrative justice. We understand that the political parties, civil society and activists organizations can not sanction this dictatorial behavior by of appeals to the mobilization against the powers in place qualified of rebel to the Constitution and the rule of law. Honorable President, Your country is involved in the United Nations Mission for the Stabilization of Haiti by the presence on site of a component of your army and / or your policy. In the event of disorders relating to struggles of the Haitian people for defense of human and civil liberties, the restoration of national sovereignty, the Haitian Parliament expresses you its concerns about the behavior and future actions of your troops on our territory. Honorable President, The Haitian Parliament is convinced that the troops of your country would choose, if the turn of events requires, to defend the Haitian people thirsty for democracy against the excesses of a totalitarian and arbitrary power.
