Vetiver Perfumes : Haiti holds more than 50% of the global market

Quality of schools built or rehabilitated
Recently, a working meeting was held at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) on the quality of schools built or rehabilitated by the Social and Economic Assistance Fund (FAES). Also attended by the Coordinator of the Directorate of School Engineering, the Inspector General Governance and the Directorate of Planning and External Cooperation (DPCE) among others. In particular, it was question about the follow-up of schools rehabilitated in the post-Matthew interventions and the need for better involvement of the Departmental Directorates of Education (DDE) through their engineering units for better quality control. 1,897 cases of cholera and 28 deaths
According to the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), Haiti reported 1,897 cases of cholera in January and 28 deaths. In the last week of January, the departments most affected in decreasing order are: Artibonite, Center, North, Northwest and West (including Port-au-Prince).

2 new recognized NGOs in Haiti
Ms Clément Kavanagh Bernice, Director of the Directorate of NGO Activity Coordination, attended by several executives from the Ministry of Planning and External Cooperation, handed out two joint communiqués to "Mission Lazarus" and "Build Change ", two new development aid NGOs operating in the country.

Let's recall that the joint communiqué, co-signed by the Ministers of Planning and Foreign Affairs, is the official act by which the Haitian State recognizes the legal existence of an NGO on its territory.
