Nathalie Mondésir is the first winner of the NGL competition in the Caribbean. The Cap Prison, overcrowded Like all prisons in Haiti, the Cap-Haïtien prison center is overcrowded. There are now 912 detainees, almost double of the prison capacity planned to accommodate 500 prisoners.
