Furthermore, he admitted before the court to having participated in a meeting at the home of Rodolphe Jaar with other members of the plot on July 6, 2021, the day before the attack followed by the assassination of the Haitian Head of State according to the agreement to "plead guilty" that he signed with the American prosecutor’s office.
