The monthly increase is the result of consumption functions "Clothing, Textiles and Footwear" (+0.5%), "Rent Housing, Energy and Water" (+0.9%), "Other Goods and Services" (+0.4%), "Leisure, Entertainment, Education and culture (+2.2%), "Development, Equipment and Maintenance of the housing" and "Health" respectively (+0.2%). Note that the rise of the "Clothing and Textile Shoes" function is due to rising prices of fabric (+0.5%), costume, universal jacket (+1.3%) and t-shirt for women (+1.3 %). The increase in "Rent Housing" function follows the exclusive rising rental price of housing (+2.0%) and charcoal (+0.1%). The increase in function "Leisure, Entertainment, Education and Culture" is the result of changes in the price of the TV (+0.9%), the tuition fees (+3.7%) and the school bag (+1.7% ). Finally, among the positions that are at the origin of the downward trend observed at the "Food, Beverages and Tobacco" function include: tubers (-1%), vegetables (-0.7%) and fruits (-3%) [% in average value].
