Wednesday, Ms. Dieudonne Luma Etienne, North Regional Director of the Ministry of Tourism, met with Mr. Lyndon R. Gardiner and Mr. Trevor N. Sadler, two representatives of the airline interCaribbean Airways of Turk and Caicos Islands (TCI) to approve the creation of a day excursion on the Cap-Haitien.

It was stated at the meeting that the travel agency "VoyagePlus-Cap" will be responsible to deal with TCI visitors wishing to come "living the experience" in Haiti. The first flight TCI-Cap-Haitien that will bring tourists visit the North Destination is scheduled for the end of January 2014. The Citadelle, Sans Souci Palace, theDowntown Historic of Cap-Haitien, are, among others, the main sites that will be part of the tour, of locations that representatives of interCaribbean Airways went to visit. Good news for the North Destination !

Recall that since October, the Ministry of Tourism has organized several tour with the Turk and Caicos Island in order to promote Haiti in general and in particular the North Destination.
