The First Lady explained that if a case presented at the stand that could not be supported by the structure "[...] we have an evacuation plan, behind we have a ramp and 3 ambulances waiting to evacuate people to another medical center."  The First Lady recalls that "Malè pa gen prejije" it means that accidents can happen to anyone, at any time, "I think everyone should be aware of misfortunes that can happen to a road user, this is why I always tell them, that they do not need to speed, the speed will lead them nowhere to put their seat belt, to not drink when driving [or will drive], do not send SMS, BBM because these behaviors cause accidents, there is loss of life, people who become disabled for a minute... one minute inattention and neglect." Regarding the increase of capacity, Sophia Martelly was keen to stress "[...] I think we need to improve things, it means that every year we add new things whose population needs.
