After the recent visit last Wednesday of a delegation of Haiti Reconstruction Fund (FRH) main donor of the project 16/6, came to see the results for collecting data to complete a magazine, to be published later in order to present all achievements financed by the institution, Friday it was the turn of a delegation of the Interministerial Committee for Territorial Planning (CIAT) within the framework of first National Urban Forum (March 10 and 17) to visit Nérette and Morne Hercule, two neighborhoods chosen for the visit, to see the potential of the investment made in these pilot areas, which include all interventions conducted in the 6 other neighborhoods of the project.

In Nérette, playground rehabilitated, the community center, solar street lights, water kiosks, signs for merchants of "Ann-Ale" program, the houses to basic structure and the gateway were the sites visited ; while in Morne Hercule, visitors were able to see the achievements of the Small Project, of the Bridge Rehabilitation of Delmas 64 and Rue Charlemagne Péralte and that of the Paix Paix

Arrived at the Community Centre, videos and pictures in particular of the ditching of ravine, building retaining walls and bank protection of gullies were projected before an exchange-debate.

The architect Karine Jadotte Bouchereau, one of the participants of the visit, reported that she received a lot of positive feedbackabout what the project do in the neighborhoods of intervention. However, much remains to be done to arrive at a total change of the living conditions of communities have indicated members of the delegation. In addition, 16/6 project managers explained the need for the state to take over the intervention model of , in order to duplicate it in other areas, whose living conditions are inadequate.
