Haiti - Justice : Me Newton and Me Michel initiate an action against former President Clinton 17/04/2014 12:59:25
Me Saint Juste stresses that Bill Clinton, for having co-chaired the IHRC, a Haitian institution made of him a Haitian official and as such is subject to the accountability, in accordance with Haitian law. In another correspondence, addressed to the Ambassador from the United States in Haiti, Ms. Pamela White, signed by Me Saint Juste and Me André Michel, the two lawyers informs him "that an action is directed against former U.S. President William Jefferson Clinton" and asked him to demand "U.S. NGOs who entrusted money to Mr Clinton for the reconstruction of Haiti to work for the success of the investigation in Haiti and the United States."
