The general coordination of the Office of Management and Human Resources (OMRH), organized with the technical support of the Canadian consulting engineering firm, GENINOV, a training to familiarize participants with the Administrative Information Center (CRA) whose official launch is scheduled for the end of September 2014.

Launched September 10, 2013, the CRA will be hosted in the premises of the OMRH, is fast becoming a reality. "Its main objective is to design and implement a system of administrative information for all citizens living in Haiti and giving access to useful information about the operating mode of public entities including administrative channels to borrow in order to obtain a public service, as well as any other information pertaining to services provided by state institutions," declared Uder Antoine, the General Coordinator of the OMRH who stressed that the CRA also will allow users "to benefit from the best information by protecting them of the network of racketeers and avoid unnecessary travel through the use of the phone or the Internet."

The Centerwhich is part of efforts for the modernization of the state is required to provide general information on ministries and public agencies to users who request it. It will be put at contribution in the strengthening of governance and the acceleration of the process of decentralization in the country. Note that interested parties can learn about the vision, mission, role and responsibilities, the services offered and their costs of all public entities providing services to the population.
