Haiti - Education : 10 executives of MENFP in training in the Land of the Rising Sun
Within the framework of support to Haiti of the Japanese government, through the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), 10 executives from the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (4 of central office and 6 of Departmental directorates of education) will leave the country, Wednesday, Nov. 12, to Japan, to attend from November 15 to 29, a training on the "reconstruction and development of education in Haiti." These executives, were selected according to strict criteria including their ability to assimilate knowledge and to return them at their return.

Recall that this group of executives is the 3rd to participate in Japan to this type of training, as part of the Japan-Haiti cooperation, bringing to 30 the total number of beneficiaries of this training for the ministry.

Denis Cadeau, Director General and Écclésiaste Thélémaque, Deputy Director General of the Ministry welcomed the gesture of the Japanese government. For his part, Masu Moto Hiromitsu, Director of JICA emphasized on the insisted on the Japan's aid to the quality efforts observed in Haiti in the education sector, highlighting the contribution of this program to the reconstruction of Haiti.
