Last Sunday, after the registration launched from October 13 to November 6, 2014 https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-12272-haiti-diplomacy-call-for-candidacy-become-young-ambassador.html , the first stage of the selection competition of CARICOM Youth Ambassadors, was held at Multipurpose Training Centre of the Croix-des-Bouquets for 250 young applicants, aged 18 to 25 years from different geographical departments of Haiti.

110 young people were selected to undergo, in a second stage, the tests of general knowledge and English. 10 of them (5 girls and 5 boys) will be selected to participate in a training seminar for a week, on the relationship between Haiti and Caricom, the notions of protocol, etiquette, English language. Other interventions on the economy and politics within the Community of nations in the Caribbean followed by evaluations will allow to lead in the 3rd and final stage, to the choice of two young Ambassadors of Haiti to CARICOM, for a period of two years.
