Haiti - Diaspora : Success of mobile consular services in Florida

On Saturday, as part of a health fair organized by the Community Health of South Florida, Inc. (CHI) in collaboration with the "Komite Bel Soley," a mobile consular service, led by the Consul General of Haiti in Miami, Stéphane Gilles was set for the first time at the disposal of our fellow residents of Homestead and Key West.
Accompanied by officials of the Consulate General of Haiti,Stéphane Gilles, was pleased with the success of the first mobile service offered to compatriots from Homestead and Keys West, which is part of the commitments made by the Government Martelly/Lamothe to go to the Haitian diaspora community by providing a quality service as well as in the proximity policy of the Consulate.
This successful pilot experiment will be repeated across different remote areas of Florida and also in other States under the jurisdiction of the Consular Mission.
