Haiti - Justice : The former mayor of North Miami, risk 30 years in prison 17/12/2014 09:35:51

Odunna, 49, and Kelly Augustin, 57, in order to recruit and use false information to obtain loans on 20 properties between December 2005 and May 2008, during the housing bubble. In addition, the Government asserts that Mrs. Tondreau used some of the money to make payments on mortgages "falsely and fraudulently obtained" in order to maintain the loans, and to conceal and further the fraud. She would have also use some of the funds for his own personal use and benefit... Mrs. Tondreau will know the length of the sentence March 20, 2015, she risks a maximum of 30 years in prison.
