Me Newton St Juste and Me André Michel, fierce opponents of President Martelly are preparing their offensive, suggesting that the President will issue decrees, that will not surrender justice to the population, citing an alleged decree, that would give discharge to the resigning ministers of governments, while allegations of corruption exist over some of them.
