In Quito (Ecuador) he will participate in the Meeting of Foreign Ministers of the Community of States of Latin America and the Caribbean (CELAC), which will focus on the regional agenda 2020. He will take advantage of his presence in the Ecuadorian capital to inaugurate Wednesday the "Plaza Haiti" together with the city of Quito. That this new public square, located in the heart of Quito, is an initiative of the Embassy of Haiti in Ecuador on behalf of the Haitian Government, to honor the Emperor Jean-Jacques Dessalines and Alexandre Pétion. As of Thursday, the Haitian Chancellor will be in Montevideo, Uruguay to attend the United Nations Conference on Peace keeping missions. HL/ HaitiLibre
