OPL provides a budget of $100 billion over 5 years !

Friday at Le Plaza hotel, the Organization of Struggling People (OPL) has outlined its five-year program. Sauveur Pierre Etienne, the candidate for the Presidency of the OPL provides nothing less than $100 billion to fund its five-year program, OPL intend to find these funds in the exploitation of natural resources in Haiti, which according Sauveur Etienne amount to several billion (even if at current stage it is not yet known the type or quantity of natural resources of the Haitian basement, or if they are commercially exploitable, at what cost and over what period). In addition OPL intends to increase the Treasury's revenue from 13% to 80% !

The OPL's program revolves around two main axes. Prime axis is a state at the service of citizendministrative reform, legislative and judicial, national security and the promotion of Haitian culture. The Second focuses on investment in all regions in order to stimulate the development of industrial sectors and job creation...

It is sure that with a budget 10 times larger than what it is now, everything is possible... provided that this mammoth budget, leaving the field of fantasy and demagogy and becomes a reality which is unlikely...

PNH confident to be able ensure the security of the elections...
