Haiti - Elections : The big electoral machine of Jean Chavannes Jeune
"About 33% of the Haitian population lives abroad" pointed out the candidate stressing that among these compatriots, there are many professionals and there is much to do in the construction and agriculture among others, "Haiti need all his daughters and all his son to be rebuilt [...]" inviting the Haitian professionals living abroad to fully participate in rebuilding of their country.
"The Dominican Republic can be a beacon of inspiration for the development of Haiti", said the pastor Jeune who has also called Haitians to defend their votes. Only citizens are able to respond to fraud that could affect the electoral process"
He said he learned from the 2006 presidential when he finished 4th, "We retained that it was necessary to more mobilize the evangelic world and the inhabitants of the popular neighborhoods and that's what we're doing this year [...] a network of more than 9,000 pastors in over 24,000 churches have been established" has indicated the religious leader adding that within the Catholic Church and the side of voodoo, "there is a large mobilization is being done."
It is on the backdrop of morality, the fight against corruption, fraud and smuggling, Jean Chavannes Jeune intends to make his election campaign, hoping to enlist the support of ASOREHA.
Amourha Jean Saint Louis, the number one ASOREHA, based in the Dominican Republic, said that his association has tens of thousands of members in Haiti and the ASOREHA formally announce on October 30,the name of the candidate it will endorse. Many candidates seek support from ASOREHA but "whatever we choose, should be a servant of God" he precised "because only God can help Haiti rebuild, and he will do that through his servant"
